At Averra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@averrawear.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you and inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@averra-company.com to request an exchange. We will guide you through the process to ensure the exchange is processed smoothly.

Non-returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
